Book Trade-for-credit policy:   Our book buyer may not always be working or may not have time to immediately look at the books that you bring in to us.  So we ask that you simply fill out your name and phone or email on a small slip that we attach to your box/bag (s) that you have brought in.  Our buyer will take a look at the books and then call you to make an offer for the books that we selected.  If you accept the offer, we will credit your book-credit account at KATZ! and ask that if there are any books that we cannot use, that you would stop by and pick them up at your earliest convenience.

Once you have credit applied to your account, you can use it on anything in the store.  It is our credit use policy that you may apply your credit for up to half (50%) of your total purchase price. The remaining balance (50%) is due in cash at the time of your purchase.

About our books:  "We got books!" A browser's delight.  Come by, grab a coffee and peruse our extensive collection.  We have tens of thousands of titles on our shelves.  You're bound to find what you're looking for, or if not the exact copy of your search, something very similar.  At present we do not have our inventory computerized (something we plan on doing in the future), but you will find our store neat and orderly, and all sections very well signed and labeled.  All books are shelved clearly by subject category and then alphabetically by author within those categories.  Here is a listing of most, if not all, of the categories that we make room for:
